I paint from carefully prepared sketches on cotton canvas stretched on wooden or aluminum frames. I use a wide variety of brushes and two types of acrylic paint: UV-reactive (fluorescent) and non-UV-reactive.

The first two layers are composed exclusively of non-UV-reactive paint. Subsequent layers are built through fluorescent glazing, using a diluted mixture of UV-reactive and non-UV-reactive acrylics. This process allows precise control over color nuance, depth, and luminosity.

Optimal working and photographic conditions require direct 365/368 nm UV lighting combined with indirect white light. The photographs shown were taken with a Panasonic DMC-GX80 equipped with a 35 mm lens, shot in RAW format with no filters applied.
